Master Student Through Silicon Via (m/f/d)
What we expect
1. Review and consolidate available data from literature
2. Define experiments in alignment with process engineers
3. Characterize finished wafers and structures (including electrical measurements, cross-section SEM, etc.)
4. Prepare reports
Who we are looking for
1. Student in physics, chemistry, or an equivalent program
2. Knowledge of silicon wafer processing
3. Familiar with physical characterization techniques (such as SEM, XRD, Raman spectroscopy, etc.)
4. Good spoken and written English skills
