Purpose & Main Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Mobility & Specialties Business Unit, ensuring alignment with NEVEON’s group strategy and targets
Drive strategic initiatives to deliver sustainable sales growth and increased profitability
Hold full P&L responsibility for the BU Mobility & Specialties
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for a team of senior managers
Motivate, inspire, and develop leaders and teams across the BU to foster high performance, engagement, and a collaborative culture
Serve as a C-level leader and active member of the NEVEON Executive Committee (EXCO)
Required Competences & Skills
Educational background: University degree in economics or technical disciplines
Leadership experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a relevant industrial sector
Track record: Proven success in driving revenue growth and improving profitability
Change agent: Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation and change
Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and sound decision‑making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels
Proficient in navigating complex regulatory environments
Commercially minded, results‑oriented, and service‑driven
Languages: Fluent in English and German are an advantage
