As a Production IT Specialist, you will ensure the stable, secure, and efficient operation of shopfloor IT systems. You will support and maintain local production systems and endpoints (MES workstations, industrial PCs, label printers, scanners), coordinate with OT/Automation, and provide hands-on incident resolution to minimize downtime. Acting as the first line of IT on site, you will own troubleshooting, change execution, and preventive maintenance for production-critical IT services in close collaboration with central Infrastructure, Security, and Application teamsProduction IT OperationsEnsure stable and secure IT operations for production environmentsSupport manufacturing systems under strict availability and compliance requirementsCoordinate IT changes impacting production systemsImplement and maintain designated production IT standardsAct as interface between IT Infrastructure, OT, and Manufacturing teamsTroubleshoot incidents with minimal production impactMaintain system documentation and operational procedures
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network EngineeringProven Experience in a similar positionExperience in production IT or industrial IT environmentsUnderstanding of availability, change management, and risk controlExperience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plusCalm, structured, and solution-oriented under pressureFluent in English; good communication skills in German
