Responsibilities
* Monitoring the organization and coordination of national and international orders
* Supporting dispatch in route planning for our own fleet in local and long-distance traffic, and daily operations
* Communication with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and drivers
* Expanding and maintaining customer and carrier relationships
* Problem-solving and decision-making for customer inquiries
* Department controlling
* Contributing to company development
Qualifications
* Experience in freight forwarding or logistics
* Experience in truck dispatch within Austria
* Knowledge of order processing
* Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
* Organizational and coordination skills
* Strong communication skills and team orientation
* German language proficiency C2 or higher
