Sales Manager / Marketplace Specialist (m/f/d) – Focus on Allegro (Poland) & International Marketplaces

* We are a fast-growing e-commerce company continuously expanding our presence on international online marketplaces. To further drive our growth across Europe, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager who will take responsibility for the Allegro marketplace in Poland and, in the future, additional marketplaces in new countries.
Your Responsibilities
* Build, manage, and further develop our Allegro marketplace operations in Poland
* Manage and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and advertising campaigns
* Analyze market and competitor data to identify new growth opportunities
* Develop and implement country-specific sales strategies
* Work closely with product management, marketing, and logistics
* Prepare and drive international expansion into additional marketplaces (e.g., CZ, SK, RO, Baltics, etc.)
* Monitor relevant KPIs and provide regular reports to management
* Ensure optimal customer experience and high process quality
Your Profile
* Experience in e-commerce, ideally in online marketplaces (Allegro, Amazon, eBay, etc.)
* Excellent Polish and English skills; German is an advantage
* Analytical mindset, high level of initiative, and structured working style
* Confident handling of common tools (Excel, ERP systems, marketplace tools)
* Strong affinity for numbers, performance marketing, and data-driven decision‑making
* Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and solution‑focused
