Emarsys SAP Is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition Team.Emarsys is the newest addition to SAP CX portfolio, and we are looking for a passionate, full-cycle freelance recruiter to support our growth full-time for the duration of integration. Ideally, we are looking for a seasoned professional with experience recruiting a variety of roles for Tech/SaaS companies, including commercial and strategic services roles.Join us and become a member of our lean, supportive, passionate, and truly global in-house Talent Acquisition Team here at Emarsys.Employment contract limited to 31.12.2022, with the possibility of extension.**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Effectively manage 5-10 positions at the time (Sales, Client Success, Consultants, Developers, Client Support and others)- Drive the interview and offer process providing regular updates on progress to all parties- ATS (Success Factors) maintenance and job posting management on a number of external job boards- Write compelling job descriptions and employer branding content- Develop an understanding of cloud-based technology and digital marketing to build your own brand and credibility in our industry- Support regional Talent Acquisition & HR Team with ad hoc recruitment logistics and tasks when required*****YOUR PROFILE**:
- At least 3 years of experience in tech recruitment or similar positions- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- Proven experience in owning and closing full-cycle recruitment processes- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Autonomous and collaborative working style focused on finding win-win solutions- Process-driven, highly organized, multi-tasking professional mindset- Excellent communication in English and German- Good sense of humor and proficiency in GIF use (preferred)**WHAT WE OFFER**:
