We are looking for a dedicated Lead Consultant / IT Consultant (m/f/d) – Microsoft Entra / Identity Security to be at the forefront of IT security and to meet the constantly growing requirements.

How you’ll provide positive impact
1. Take responsibility in Microsoft Entra / Security projects, maintaining a focus on the big picture to deliver high-quality changes.
2. Play a leading role in the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Microsoft, contributing to the development and optimization of our delivery competencies.
3. Assist in identifying and explaining the right Microsoft solutions for our clients in the pre-sales process.
4. Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ business processes and contribute to building highly available Identity Security solutions.
Your Skills and Requirements
5. You have a proven track record in the context of Microsoft Entra / Identity Security, identity and access management, customer IAM or a similar cybersecurity domain.
6. In-depth knowledge of developing highly available identity and security solutions.
7. Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
8. You have a leadership mindset and strategic planning skills / Experience in leading projects and willingness to take on responsibility.
9. Team orientation and the ability to serve as a role model for the next generation of consultants.
10. Very good German and English skills complete your profile
