Role Overview We are looking for a German-speaking
Customer Support Specialist to join an international service
organization based in Athens. In this role, you will support
customers across multiple communication channels while delivering a
consistent, high-quality service experience. Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer interactions in German via phone, email,
and digital channels Provide assistance related to product usage
and basic troubleshooting Handle inquiries regarding orders,
deliveries, returns, and account-related matters Deliver effective
after-sales support with a customer-focused approach Accurately
record customer interactions in internal CRM systems Meet defined
quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets Identify
complex cases and escalate them according to internal procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely
issue resolution Candidate Profile Native or near-native German
(C1–C2) Good command of English (B2 or higher) Strong communication
and problem-solving skills High level of customer orientation and
attention to detail Ability to perform in a fast-paced,
multicultural work environment Basic computer literacy and
confidence using CRM tools Previous customer support experience is
