About the role
We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to help shape and implement demand generation initiatives across multiple regions. This role focuses on strengthening the marketing contribution to pipeline growth and revenue through thoughtful strategy, collaboration, and continuous learning.
The position involves improving the performance of the marketing and sales funnel, supporting effective lead generation across channels, and enhancing the website experience to increase engagement and conversions. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on collaboration across teams in an international B2B SaaS environment.
The preferred location for this role is Austria, with office locations in Innsbruck and Vienna, and flexibility for hybrid work.
What you’ll do
Growth Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of demand generation strategies across multiple regions, identifying channels and activities that support sustainable pipeline growth.
Campaign Development: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and cross‑functional teams to plan and implement marketing campaigns across channels such as content, events, paid media, and social. Monitor performance metrics and adapt approaches based on insights.
Funnel Improvement: Work with commercial stakeholders to better understand the marketing and sales funnel and identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Lead Generation Channels: Support the management and ongoing improvement of lead generation channels, including SEO, SEM, and sales‑supported initiatives, with attention to performance and return on investment.
Website Experience: Contribute to the development of the website as an important growth channel by improving messaging alignment, user journeys, and conversion opportunities.
