Whether connecting global industries, people, or platforms, we help ensure every challenge gets the solution it deservesIn the role as a Senior Business Processes Consultant, you will deliver high impact HCM SuccessFactors services through the full customer life cycle. You will be the main customer point of contact and you will lead a group of consultants during execution of projects and engagements. You are a good problem solver, a creative and innovative thinker and an excellent team player with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. Support in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects Plan, run and manage design workshops/meetings with customers Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization Work together and lead a group of consultants, including Near Shore and Off Shore consultants on projects Organize yourself in a remote working style Travel to customers and SAP meetings as requested We are looking for passionate and highly skilled technology and business enthusiast and experts with a minimum of 5+ years of experience within the Human Capital Management domain and with experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud), who want to further develop their skills as a senior consultant and a trusted advisor for one of the world's most valuable brands. Successful completion of Bachelor's or Master's degree OR relevant knowledge and experience gained in another way Proven project experience of implementation of Core HR Processes in a role of Lead Consultant. Technology oriented, possessing an aptitude for rapidly learning complex software applications Great communicator, organized, and quick at learning and understanding new technologyskills with an aptitude and passion for working with people Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to always learn Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad Expectation of minimum 5 years of experience within the HCM domain Certified and experienced in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Knowledge of Time Management and/or any other SF module is an advantage Knowledge and implementation experience of other SAP HCM products such as Fieldglass, Work Zone or Sales Performance Management will be seen as an advantage Knowledge and implementation experience of SAP HCM on-prem will be seen as an advantage Language skills: German and English language fluency mandatory.
