Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, managing budgets, and collaborating with project teams to optimize resource allocation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hof bei Salzburg.QualificationsStrong knowledge in Cost Estimation, Budgeting, and Financial Planning for construction and industrial projectsTechnical expertise in structural and architectural materials including steel sheets, sandwich panels, purlins, and prefabricated unitsProficiency in Project Management and the ability to assess resources efficientlyAnalytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skillsStrong leadership, team management, and communication skillsAbility to work onsite and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldPrior experience in a cost estimation or project management role in construction or manufacturing is an advantage
