Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies for Europe, conduct market research on growth opportunities, trends, customer needs, and competition.
* Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with Banks, PSPs (APIs & EMIs), Fintechs, and other financial institutions licensed for cross-border payments. Build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
* Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by acquiring new clients, expanding market share, and cross-selling. Achieve sales targets and performance goals.

Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience
* At least 3+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships within financial services, fintech, or cross-border payments sectors.
* Proven success managing and expanding businesses in Europe.
Industry & Regulatory Knowledge
* Strong understanding of the cross-border payments ecosystem, trends, challenges, and key players in target regions.
* Familiarity with European financial regulations and compliance.
* Existing relationships with PSPs, Fintechs, and Banks in Europe & UK, especially in their correspondent network departments.
Skills include relationship-building, negotiation, communication, presentation, strategic thinking, cultural sensitivity, analytical skills, and willingness to travel extensively across regions.
