Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the transition from IFRS to US GAAP, including policy development and implementation
* Analyze and adjust existing IFRS processes
* Deliver internal training and communication on US GAAP
* Continuously assess and improve group accounting policies for US GAAP compliance
* Monitor, interpret, and implement new accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842)
* Prepare and review SEC-compliant financial statements (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors on technical accounting matters
Your Profile:
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; CPA license (active or inactive)
* 10+ years of accounting experience, including Big 4 and industry background
* Deep technical knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting
* Experience in publicly listed companies and SOX compliance
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented work style
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
