R&D Chemist / Chemical Laboratory Technician (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
* Development of chemical additives for the wood-based panel industry (paper impregnation & fibreboard production)
* Independent laboratory work (synthesis, formulation, application testing)
* Optimization of existing product formulations
* Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Sales and Process Chemistry
* Documentation and presentation of test results and project progress
Qualifications
* Completed chemical education with formulation/project experience or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / related field
* 2–3 years professional experience, ideally in an industrial environment
* Very good German and English skills
* Proficient use of MS Office
* Strong hands‑on laboratory mindset and teamwork orientation
* High standards regarding safety, quality, efficiency and customer focus
