Job Description We are seeking a people-oriented and versatile H R Business Partner to join our HR team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with a strong generalist background who thrives in a dynamic international environment and enjoys combining operational responsibilities and strategic initiatives. Prior experience in an international and multicultural setting is essential. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will act as a trusted sparring partner for managers and teams across multiple countries, supporting them in day-to-day HR matters while also driving HR projects and initiatives aligned with regional needs and the Group strategy. The role requires close collaboration with international teams and stakeholders across different regions. Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for managers on HR-related topics, supporting them in people management, organizational topics, and employee-related matters. Supporting in day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations, and engagement. Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and local labor laws in all processes, documentation, and procedures. Liaise with Country HR shared-service teams in various countries to align on processes and support the implementation of global and regional HR strategies Lead and support the execution of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are effectively implemented and aligned with business needs. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes trust, open communication, and feedback in alignment with the company’s values. Design and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team collaboration, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
