What You Bring:
* Completed apprenticeship as a chef
* Experience in a similar position in upscale hotels or gastronomy
* Enjoyment of working with fresh products
* Creativity, organized, and meticulous work
* Reliability, readiness to take responsibility, passion, and joy for the profession
* German, English or Italian language skills
Your Duties:
* Implementation of the kitchen concept according to company guidelines
* Adherence to hotel‑specific standards and hygiene regulations
* Preparation of daily 4‑course half‑board menus
* Good cooperation with suppliers and internal departments
* Production and preparation of fresh dishes
* Contribution of new ideas for weekly menu design
