Role Description
This is a full-time position for an IT Support Specialist, based on-site in Micheldorf in Oberösterreich. The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, assist with desktop computer maintenance, and deliver help desk support. The role also involves ensuring smooth daily operations by responding promptly to technical inquiries and maintaining IT systems.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and solve IT-related problems efficiently
* Experience with Desktop Computers including setup, maintenance, and issue resolution
* Strong skills in Information Technology, with a focus on systems management and implementation
* Ability to provide effective Help Desk Support, including responding to user inquiries and assisting with technical challenges
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with teams and provide customer-focused service
* Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent are an asset
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
