1. Technical sales support with international customer contact in Air Traffic Management
2. Processing tenders and creating technical solution specifications, customer value descriptions, calculations, etc.
3. Evaluating customer needs, requirements and design the solution concepts
4. Ensure technical feasibility and cost transparency at commercially competitive conditions
5. Customer workshops, meetings and presentations are held by you on-site at the customer's premises or at our HQ in Vienna - Customer-specific product presentations, demos and advising our customers
6. Actively participating in the creation of successful sales/capture strategies
7. One of your success factors is the internal networking with our colleges on all levels, e.g. Sales, Offer Management, Product Departments, etc.
Key Qualifications
8. Completed higher technical education with focus on information technology/network technology/telecommunications or relevant professional experience
9. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role e.g. presales, technical sales or solution consulting, previous hands-on engineering experience are an advantage
10. Previously acquired know-how in IT solutions, container and virtualisation technologies preferred
11. Experience with Voice communication technology/End-to-end IP and VoIP Solutions, e.g. common telecommunication protocols PSTN, MPLS, LAN and common IT equipment like servers, switches and storage
12. You are comfortable working in a diverse and multicultural setting, where different cultures and perspectives are valued
13. Possessing proficient knowledge of English (primary language used within the department), other languages would be advantageous in promoting effective collaboration
