THE ROLE
As our Production Manager, you will become the operational backbone of the workshop. This is a dynamic, fast‑paced position for someone who wants to make real impact.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and supporting a high‑performing technical team
* Managing workflow, repair timelines, and job prioritization
* Running daily and weekly shop meetings
* Maintaining strong communication with clients
* Coordinating towing, job intake, and vehicle movement
* Ensuring vehicles are delivered on time and to standard
* Tracking budgets, KPIs, and performance targets
* Working closely with advanced technology, including EV repair processes
