Fully independently, you’ll ideate, structure, prepare and run workshops throughout the different project stages. You’ll set the right priorities and communicate pro-actively with all involved parties, identify bottlenecks, find alternatives to remove roadblocks and de-escalate conflicts. After successful testing, you'll ensure the relevant detailed technical internal documentation is accurate and comprehensive.
To ensure awareness and system adoption you will work on the conception, creation and review of Global-/Key-/End User communication plans, trainings and workshops as well as lead the preparation of related materials and documentation. For this reason, senior-level experience in project and stakeholder management, along with strong communication and presentation skills, is crucial.
SUPPORT & GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORKS
As part of a team, you will be responsible to provide second level user support, securing correct and efficient handling and resolution of requests raised by local key users around the world and maintaining high service levels through proactive management, process monitoring and efficient collaboration with IT and external consultants.
You'll be entrusted with the definition of the necessary governance frameworks and standards to ensure CPM data quality and accuracy across the end-to-end process, including the monitoring of data flows and the management of master data for consistency across systems. You'll ensure governance standards and internal processes are clearly documented, accessible and lived through the organisation.
In addition, you'll be responsible to secure that all new processes and system developments incorporate the necessary governance metrics and monitors before they move into production systems.
