Job Description
* Analyze existing logistics processes to identify optimization potentials and develop more efficient concepts
* Implement Lean Logistics and Industry 4.0 strategies at new or expanded sites
* Deepen the company's logistics strategy by evaluating and implementing new concepts
* Initiate and organize benchmarking activities to identify efficient logistics solutions
* Prepare and train basic methods for process analysis and evaluation
* Create and conduct process simulations and interpret the results for logistical processes
* Consolidate and update future space requirements from serial production and projects, and promote space optimization in collaboration with division managers
Qualifications
* Successfully completed technical education (HTL/FH/TU) with a focus on logistics
* Several years of professional experience in logistics/logistics planning, including process and material flow planning
* Experience in project management
* Affinity for new technologies/digitalization in logistics
* Knowledge of MTM fundamentals is required
* LEAN Green Belt certification is desirable
* Solid MS Office skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
* Strong communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
* Communicative and reliable personality
* Entrepreneurial thinking and actions, team-oriented
* Moderation and presentation skills
* Willingness to travel
Additional Information
Based on your qualifications, professional experience, and the tasks awaiting you, we will agree on your actual salary. The minimum salary, depending on education, is between €4,270 and €4,673 gross per month (14 payments per year), based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week).
