We are looking for a Melbourne Operations Manager to lead our VIC team in creating beautiful posies and ensuring flawless deliveries to support our iconic brand—LVLY!

LVLY is a flower and gift delivery business created to celebrate life's great days, rough days and everything in between. We provide a same day delivery service currently across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and next-day delivery across the rest of Australia.
About the role
* Lead a dynamic team of florists and warehouse staff
* Drive efficiency in packing, dispatching, and stock control
* Oversee our florists to ensure fresh and beautiful arrangements

About you
* Strong leadership experience (Ideally 3+ years in a retail/warehousing management role)
* A knack for organisation, communication, and problem-solving
* A positive attitude that inspires and empowers your team
* Experience juggling multiple tasks; whether it’s flowers or warehouse logistics, you’re on top of it!
