Your Tasks
* Collaborate with cross-functional data teams to deliver reliable, maintainable reporting solutions and curated data products
* Design, build and maintain Power BI semantic models including KPIs, measures, hierarchies, and access concepts
* Build performant Power BI reports and dashboards and enable self‑service analytics with reusable datasets
* Develop and operate Databricks pipelines (Python, SQL) for ingestion, transformation, and curated data publishing
* Use Azure Data Factory and Azure services for orchestration, integration, and optimized data refresh processes
* Ensure quality and standards through testing, versioning, monitoring, CI/CD, and documentation
* Help establish standards for data modeling, KPI definitions, report design, naming conventions, and documentation
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable experience
* 3+ years experience in BI, data engineering, analytics engineering, or Power BI in enterprise environments
* Strong Power BI expertise including semantic models, DAX, Power Query, performance tuning, and security
* Hands‑on experience with Databricks (Python, Spark, Lakehouse) and building production data pipelines
* Experience with Azure Data Factory, SQL, dimensional modeling, and curated data layers for analytics
* Strong engineering mindset with focus on testing, versioning, CI/CD, observability, and reliable operations
* Excellent communication & teamwork, independent and solution‑oriented working style, very good English; German is a plus

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,668.49 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market‑compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
