Who will I be working with?

Seibert is a leading Atlassian Platinum Partner and software company based in Wiesbaden, Germany, with around 500 employees. We build and sell products like Linchpin, Agile Hive, and a suite of Atlassian Marketplace apps, used by B2B companies worldwide to modernize how their teams collaborate. We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead to drive the go-to-market success of one of our product or service areas. This is a remote-first position open to candidates based in Germany or on the East Coast of the United States, with the option to work from our Wiesbaden office.

You'll work with people who genuinely believe that great software changes how teams work - and who are excited to bring that to the world.

As Sales Lead at Seibert, you're part of a Go-to-Market team that takes real ownership of product and service success. You collaborate closely with our Product Marketing Managers (PMM), Sales Consultants, and other Stakeholders to shape how we grow in the market. You're the link between strategy and execution. The person who turns vision into pipeline, and pipeline into results.

Which tasks may I expect?

We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead to drive the go-to-market success of several of our Jira and Confluence apps

* Own the Go-to-Market strategy
In collaboration with the PMM, you shape and continuously refine the sales and Go-to-Market strategy for your area. You focus on owning the sales process, in partnership with marketing to align strategy and execution.
* Hit the numbers
You are responsible for achieving sales targets. You track KPIs, analyze what's working, adjust what isn't, and ensure the team stays focused on what matters.
* Build and enable the team
You mentor colleagues, onboard new Sales Consultants, and create sales enablement materials. From pitch decks to objection-handling guides.
* Manage the sales process
You map the buyer's journey, design the optimal sales process for your product or service, and keep the deal pipeline healthy and moving.
* Lead by example
Depending on your area, you also take on high-value deals directly, demonstrating ownership, accountability, and leadership in action.

Which skills and strengths will I contribute to the team?
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in software or professional services, with a strong understanding of how enterprise buying decisions are made.

* Experience working with Atlassian products or within the Atlassian ecosystem, and comfort operating in that environment.

* Ability to develop a Go-to-Market strategy and execute it hands-on.

* A strong sense of ownership, including the willingness to make difficult decisions.

* Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex topics clearly, challenge constructively, and represent your product's value both internally and externally.

* A passion for developing people, seeing coaching as an important part of your leadership identity.
