Role Overview
As Senior Analyst, Risk & Portfolio Analytics and Reporting, you will play a key role in supporting the Investment and Finance teams through data-driven insights, precise documentation, and high-quality reporting. This position combines analytical depth with operational execution, emphasizing data integrity, KPI monitoring, and scalable reporting processes rather than traditional risk control activities.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Investment team on deal flow and portfolio performance analytics, assist the Finance team with recurring portfolio and regulatory reporting, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our risk and data management frameworks
Key Responsibilities
1. Dealflow & Investment Analytics
* Analyze, structure, and document dealflow and investment data.
* Support the Investment team with data-driven analyses for new investments and follow-on decisions.
* Prepare clear, decision-ready analytical materials for internal investment committees.
* Define and refine key risk KPIs together with the Investment team based on available data.
* Analyze and interpret risk metrics to support portfolio monitoring, investor reporting, and internal decision-making.
* Develop pragmatic KPI frameworks tailored to different business models and company stages (e.g. SaaS, Growth Debt, hybrid structures).
3. Development of Risk & Data Management
* Drive the development of scalable and practical risk and data management processes.
* Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to building a robust analytics and reporting infrastructure for future funds.
* Support recurring reporting processes, including investor, regulatory (FMA), and internal management reports.
* Ensure data consistency, traceability, and audit-readiness across all reporting outputs.
Your Profile
* 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in analytics, reporting, portfolio management, risk, transaction services, corporate finance, or audit.
* Strong analytical capabilities and high affinity for data analysis and structured problem-solving.
* Solid financial and business understanding, ideally within B2B software or tech-enabled business models.
* Highly structured, detail-oriented working style with a strong focus on data quality.
* Pragmatic mindset with a focus on relevance and implementability.
* Strong Excel skills; experience with iLevel, Power BI, or similar BI tools is a plus; SQL knowledge advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills in English. German is an advantage.

For this position, we offer an attractive and market-competitive compensation package, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum annual gross salary for this position, based on full-time employment, is EUR 50,300 (excluding special payments).
