Position: Chef de Rang (m/f/d)
Start date: June 27, 2025
Type: Seasonal or yearly position, 48 hours/week
Responsibilities:
1. Work in a team of 18 in the hotel restaurant, including a restaurant manager, sommelier, chef de rang, and commis de rang.
2. Cater to hotel guests during breakfast and dinner service.
3. Manage a ward of approximately 30 guests, responsible for service processes.
4. At breakfast: serve hot drinks, recommend wines for the evening, prepare the station for dinner service.
5. During dinner: handle drinks service and assist with food service.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Completed training as a restaurant specialist.
* Well-groomed with a professional demeanor.
* Flexible, loyal, hardworking, honest.
* Good team spirit and a passion for the job.
* Several years of experience in similar roles.
