As a Senior Staff Engineer Radio Frequency Design your responsibilities will encompass:
Designing and verifying RF and mm-wave building blocks throughout the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to mass production
Taking ownership of layout activities in close collaboration with the layout team and ensuring successful design verification for a seamless tape-out process
Evaluating the feasibility of novel TX and RX concept/architecture proposals
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including concept developers, layout engineers, laboratory personnel, testing experts, and quality assurance professionals
Providing technical leadership to your team while fostering effective communication

Qualifications
A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields
A minimum of 5 years professional experience in RF/mmWave Design within CMOS technology
Proficiency in working with highly integrated transceiver products
Comprehensive knowledge of Wireless or Radar Transceiver Lineups
Profound RF expertise at transistor level, encompassing RX and TX chains, and associated building blocks such as LNA, Filter, Mixer, PLL, Power Amplifier as well as Transceiver Baseband Blocks
Proven experience in the design of RF and mm-wave passive components
Exceptional team player, energized to operate within diverse, cross-functional, and cross-site teams
Fluent English skills, proficiency in German is an advantageous asset
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group H. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
