Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced RF Analog Mixed Signal Designer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conceptualize, design, and simulate high-performance analog, mixed-signal, and RF circuits, including Frequency Synthesizers, Digital Power Amplifiers, Data Converters, Filters.
* Create and verify digital calibration algorithms and control logic that interface with analog blocks to enhance their performance and robustness.
* Collaborate closely with system architects and digital design teams to define and partition complex mixed-signal and RF systems, emphasizing the use of digital assistance for analog performance improvement.
* Guide layout engineers to ensure optimal post-layout performance.
* Work with the validation team to debug and characterize the performance of fabricated ICs, ensuring hardware/model correlation.
Key Requirements:
* A PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or at least 5+ years of experience in digitally assisted RF circuits.
* Prior experience in RF design of low power radios for IoT applications.
* In-depth knowledge of CMOS technologies.
* Strong technical leadership skills to consolidate, prioritize, and realize product requirements.
* Fluent English language skills and confident presentation abilities, German is a plus.
