MS&T Business Partner Pharma Drug Product (m/f/x)
Drive Excellence in CMC Execution — ensure CMC development, scale‑up and launches are executed on a rigorous and reliable pathway by ensuring smooth interfaces between all associated functions.
Provide data‑driven insights including the use of advanced analytical tools, scientifically analyzing risks and opportunities for improvement of manufacturing processes.
Present findings using compelling data visualizations and strategic recommendations.
Be a recognized thought leader, leveraging in‑depth knowledge and gathering experts to guide the launch, transfer, and lifecycle management of products.
Build meaningful cross‑functional relationships and actively share knowledge.
Lead a team of direct reports and associated project members. Set clear goals and vision, develop individuals based on strengths.
Coordinate resource allocation (people, costs, investments).
Qualifications
Master’s degree or PhD in engineering, science, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience that demonstrates readiness to lead at a global scale.
Extensive experience in manufacturing injectable, sterile fluids and quality control processes as well as formulation/stability of complex mixtures, packaging formats, scale‑up and transfers, and related QC methods.
Global perspective: demonstrated success collaborating in multi‑cultural, globally distributed teams, coupled with adaptability and strategic alignment to diverse priorities.
Regulatory mastery: advanced knowledge of GMP and ISO standards with a track record of ensuring compliance while driving process innovation.
Leadership in transformation: history of leading transformative projects in MS&T, showcasing ability to build and inspire high‑performing team.
Advanced communication skills: fluency in English at an advanced level; additional language skills such as German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Hindi are a plus.
Interpersonal and strategic skills: exceptional ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and lead by example with sound decision‑making and innovative problem‑solving capabilities.
Willingness to travel of 30 %.
