The candidate for this position will be responsible for bonding / adhesives technologies and the process development in this field. The candidate should have relevant industry experience and also a technical background.Responsibilitiesresponsible for bonding technology of battery systems as an adhesive technologist specialising in sealants, structural adhesives and crash and structural foamsresponsibility for bonding technology to ensure feasibility and required product quality in the enquiry, planning and construction phasefurther development of defined joining and bonding processes in the field of adhesive technologycooperation with equipment and material suppliers, research and test institutessystematic documentation of development results, creation of process approval documents, work instructions and control plansmanagement of employees as part of an interdisciplinary teamcreation of and collaboration on specifications, D-FMEAs and P-FMEAsQualificationscompleted technical education (preferably studies in in chemistry, process engineering, materials science or with a focus on production engineering)experience with joining technologies/process development in an industrial environmentinterdisciplinary understanding (materials technology, mechanics, manufacturing processes) and quality awarenessteam player, analytical thinking and quick comprehension skillssystematic, independent and process-orientated way of workingvery good english skills
