Job Description
As a Key Lead, you will ensure that every customer receives a high‑quality in‑store experience. You will act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring store operations run smoothly. The role is part of the store leadership team and is responsible for driving performance on the floor, meeting daily sales targets and creating an engaging environment for shoppers.
Key Responsibilities
* Opening and closing routine
* Product knowledge & brand awareness – educate team and customers
* Business understanding – interpret and analyze sales metrics
* Proactive thinking and attention to detail
* Register and point‑of‑sales use
* Asset protection and theft prevention
* Visual presentation of merchandise and sales floor
* Maintain system workflow and data entry accuracy
* Develop and adjust the weekly schedule, ensuring at least 20 hours per week
Working Hours
* Minimum 20 hours per week with a variable weekly schedule
* Availability required on Saturdays, Sundays and select holidays
* Potential for increased hours during peak periods
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
* Minimum 1 year of retail experience – supervisory/management experience not required
* CEFR B2 fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
* Strong customer focus, communication and interpersonal interaction skills
* Fashion trend knowledge and an outgoing, assertive attitude
* Adaptability, flexibility, stress tolerance, poise and ambition
* Ability to multi‑task and apply learning in a fast‑moving environment
* Knowledge of Omni‑channel services beneficial
