Pre-sales engineer austria (m/f/d)

Beschreibung

Your Responsibilities:

1. You will conduct onsite product demonstrations, answer technical questions, contribute to proposals, analyze clients’ needs, and develop technical solutions in a pre-sales ISP environment.
2. Become the technical subject matter expert on TP-Link Business Networking products, features, functions, and benefits, while being able to share that knowledge with audiences of our ISP partners.
3. Understand customer and partner’s requirements on project; successfully deploy full TP-Link product solutions.
4. Create design/deployment guides for both external and internal audiences.
5. Maintain strong interpersonal presentation and troubleshooting skills.
6. Provide strong support in ISP testing.

Your Profile:

7. Proven track record of several years in a similiar role; past product and project experience with ISP projects preferably in the telecom industry.
8. You're able to communicate complex technical topics to customers and co-workers of varying technical skill levels.
9. Knowledge of Gateway and expansion products (DSL/VDSL/GPON/Fiber Conncetion/4G /Mesh / Repeaters etc,.)
10. Experience of networking and tele-communications products and solutions.
11. Skilled in end-to-end network troubleshooting.
12. Fluent in German and English (spoken & written)
13. You have excellent technical presentation and communication skills
