JOB DESCRIPTION
* Act as the
lead trainer
for our master franchise, delivering training across all aspects of Friendly Fire operations (customer experience, sales, technical basics, atmosphere, procedures) to new franchisees, managers, internal trainers, and front-line staff.
* Serve as an
ambassador of the Friendly Fire culture
(Positive Environment, Integrity, Customer Focus), ensuring it is consistently implemented across all locations.
* Provide hands-on support for the
successful launch of 20+ locations
during the initial expansion phase.
* Participate in
team building, staff recruitment, and operational setup
for new clubs.
* Help
identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities
, particularly in staff performance and day-to-day operations.
REQUIREMENTS
* Highly extroverted, energetic, responsible, and a natural leader.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
* Strong commitment, determination, and flexibility to handle demanding schedules.
* Proven skills in staff recruitment and team building.
* Ability to motivate personnel
, improve performance, and drive results.
* Experience in
operational risk management and issue mitigation
, with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
* Ability to
identify and implement compensation and incentive mechanisms
(bonuses, motivation systems, performance-based rewards).
* Willingness and ability to
travel frequently across Europe
to support trainings and new location launches.
