The Role
As the Group Reservations & Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing reservations and acting as a key link between guests and the operations team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing all reservations across phone, email, and online booking platforms
* Ensuring an organised and strategic approach to bookings to maximise capacity and guest experience
* Handling VIP guests, special requests, and large group bookings with professionalism and attention to detail
* Coordinating closely with venue management and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service operations
* Maintaining accurate reservation records and guest notes
* Responding promptly and professionally to guest enquiries
* Supporting private dining and event enquiries where required
About You
You are someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and understands the importance of creating memorable guest experiences.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience in reservations, reception, guest services or premium hospitality venues
* Minimum 1-2 years of hospitality reservations experience
* Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Confidence managing high booking volumes and guest expectations
* Experience with reservation platforms such as SevenRooms, TripleSeat would be very advantageous
* A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
* A passion for hospitality and guest service
* Australian work rights are required for this position
