(Digital) Marketing Manager (Part-time, 20+ hours, to full-time) (f/m/d) We are looking for a motivated
(Digital) Marketing Manager
who will own, manage, and publish our brand presence and all of our content. In this role, you combine
creative ideation and design ,
technical execution skills, and a
strong quality standard in both written and visual communication .
You will be responsible for our
CMS, create graphics for the website, produce recurring content, develop
Customer Success Stories, and take care of everything that comes up operationally in marketing. At the same time, you will support sales with
account-based marketing materials
and with the preparation of
trade fairs and booth appearances .
In a small team, this means one thing: you are both a
creative mind and a hands-on executor. You develop content strategies, write copy, create matching visuals, maintain content in the CMS and other systems, test what works well on the website, and automate processes in the background where it makes sense.
Your responsibilities
Develop a
content strategy
and create a structured
content plan
Manage our
social media presence
and ensure a consistent brand appearance
Maintain and optimize our
CMS, our
website, and relevant
SEO topics
Create
texts, graphics, and content
for the website, campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials
Develop
Customer Success Stories ,
use case presentations, and other
account-based marketing materials
to support sales
Support sales with the planning and preparation of
trade fair appearances
and marketing materials for booth setups
Create and maintain content and graphics for the
Help Center
and support content moderation
Coordinate and manage collaboration with
external partners and agencies, for example for performance marketing or website projects
Analyze which content and formats perform well and derive improvements for content, website, and internal processes
Help make marketing processes more efficient and identify useful tools and automations where appropriate
What you should bring
Several years of experience in marketing, or a relevant degree combined with a strong interest in the field
A strong feel for
brand, language, design, and digital communication
The ability to write
clear, high-quality, and error-free copy
Technical experience in the creation of
graphics and marketing materials
A structured, independent way of working and a high quality standard
The ability not only to develop content creatively, but also to execute it operationally in a clean and reliable way
Motivation to take ownership in a young team and drive topics forward independently
A digital, pragmatic,
process-oriented mindset, ideally with interest in
AI tools, and a solution-oriented way of thinking
The ability to collaborate well with different internal stakeholders and external agencies
Ideally, you also bring
Experience in
digital marketing, content marketing, or brand / marketing operations
Experience with
headless CMS systems, websites, and basic
SEO principles
Hands‑on experience creating
social media content, presentations, and website content
Experience at the intersection of
marketing and sales, for example with
account-based marketing
or sales‑related materials
Experience with design and content tools such as
Sketch, Canva, or similar solutions
Interest in modern tools and in the use of
AI for content and marketing processes
