The property is expected go live between Q2 2026.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to support daily housekeeping operations at Green Cube Vienna.
You will ensure rooms and public areas meet quality standards, supervise outsourced cleaning teams, and coordinate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations
* Supervise cleaning of rooms and common areas
* Inspect rooms to ensure quality standards
* Prioritize cleaning tasks based on arrivals and departures
2. Team Coordination
* Manage outsourced housekeeping staff
* Conduct daily briefings and task allocation
3. Quality Control
* Identify and resolve discrepancies in room status
* Ensure adherence to SOPs and standards
4. Inventory & Reporting
* Manage supplies, linen, and stock levels
* Track damages, lost & found, and discrepancies
5. Cross-Department Coordination
* Work with Front Office and Maintenance teams
* Ensure quick resolution of operational issues
6. Compliance & Standards
* Ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed
* Support audit and reporting processes
Qualifications
Must-have:
* 1-3 years in housekeeping supervision
* Strong attention to detail and organization English required; German level minimum B2
Nice-to-have:
* Experience in hotel or serviced apartment operations
* Experience with outsourced housekeeping providers

Minimum gross salary of €2,492 (BG 2); willingness to pay above the minimum with relevant experience.
