Your Responsibilities
Develop segment strategies in close collaboration with Sales, Service, Product Groups, and R&D, ensuring a deep understanding of customer and dealer needs
Drive market entry of innovative product, generating market needs, identifying test customers, and creating strong market pull
Build deep industrial segment knowledge —particularly within global megatrend and renewable sectors and develop tailored offering packages for products and services
Train and enable the sales organization on segment‑specific requirements to ensure successful go‑to‑market execution
Track and steer must‑win initiatives defined by the management team, ensuring clear performance visibility and progress
Your Qualifications
Experience in business development, preferably within marine, offshore, or related industrial sectors, with strong analytical and strategic capabilities
Solid understanding of marine industry customer segments, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends such as renewables
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, enabling effective collaboration across global and regional teams
Hands‑on, independent working style combined with the ability to translate strategy into executable projects and business cases
Fluent English and a high willingness to travel globally

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market‑conforming overpayment.
