We are looking for a technology development engineer who will be driving innovations on technology, device and system level, shaping the next generations of High-Voltage Power MOSFETs as part of a global development team. Support the ramp up and yield learning phase of new technology platforms like CoolMOS or CoolSiC together with the process integration group
Closely collaborate with PSS production management, unit process and process integration engineers of FAB Villach
Define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap together with unit process development engineers
Implement improvement regarding cost, yield and stability with change management processes and/or technology projects
A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, Physics or comparable
~5+ years experience in technology development or process integration
~ Experience in project management as an advantage
~ Excellent English communication skills and ideally basic German skills and/or willingness to learn it
