Global Inspection Excellence Associate (m/f/d)
The position
The Global Inspection Excellence Associate learns inspection excellence systems and tools to become the subject matter expert responsible for its maintenance, including that of training materials and process documents, and providing guidance to the organization on their use.
This role provides operational support to enable smooth functioning of inspection excellence framework by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. This role provides onboarding and refresher training for these systems, tools and applications and maintains user access and licenses.
Tasks & responsibilities
* OMP Inspection vault expert responsible for maintenance and minor enhancements.
* Maintenance, license, and account management of the Inspection request application.
* Maintenance of Inspection platforms such as the One Inspection SharePoint.
* Training on the inspection system and tools (current and future applications).
* Provides operational support in different areas by coordinating with internal stakeholders (e.g., regulatory affairs for submission of inspection reports to EMA per EU CTR), and external stakeholders (contract redaction services, mock inspection consultants, etc.), updating the communication matrix and other topics as they arise.

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 54.409 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
