Level-Up: Completed technical education (HTL, FH, or University) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology.
Tech-Stack: You are fluent in the tools of your trade (PLC, E-Plan, or similar frameworks).
Logic & Reason: Analytical thinking is your default setting.
