Responsibilities
* Perform dry cuts for women and men.
* Provide exceptional customer service, understanding and meeting clients’ needs.
* Promote and sell hair care products.
* Actively contribute to creating a pleasant and collaborative work environment.
* Keep common areas clean and organized to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and employees.
Requirements
* At least one year of experience or a qualification in hairdressing.
* Intermediate level of English (B1 or higher).
* Basic digital skills for appointment management and communication tools.
* European passport.
Benefits
* Competitive salary structure: Starting salary €2,300 net per month for those with 0–2 years of experience. Additional bonuses based on performance, overtime, and product sales. For candidates with more experience, salary increases accordingly.
* Schedule & flexibility: Enjoy a 37‑hour work week with the flexibility of having two Saturdays off per month. All overtime hours are paid.
