Overview
The Partner Sales Manager will work closely with AutoStore partners in the designated region. You will build deep relationships across departments including concepting, solution development, sales and project delivery to capture opportunities and position AutoStore as the preferred option in our addressable market. You will maintain day-to-day relations to ensure best-in-class service and support, organize Pipeline Calls to gain knowledge of partners' pipelines, and plan and execute Quarterly Business Reviews at the partner's facility or a feasible location. You will also serve as an AutoStore ambassador for the region.

Location: In our offices in Ulm, Germany; Graz, Austria; or remote at home in Germany or Austria.
Responsibilities
* Implement and execute the Partner Manager role in accordance with AutoStore strategy and represent AutoStore as an ambassador and trusted go-to person for partners.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
* Develop and drive business plans to achieve annual goals and drive growth.
* Develop excellent customer relations and orchestrate technical engagement at senior levels, utilizing knowledge of the product portfolio and customer applications and requirements.
* Support AutoStore partners on customer visits, trainings, etc. (on request).
* Develop a strong technical and commercial understanding of AutoStore.
* Demonstrate AutoStore capabilities by using AutoStore tools.
* Liaise with the wider AutoStore community to understand the complete AutoStore offering.
* Work to establish AutoStore as the distributor's preferred supplier/technology.
* Maintain the integrity of Customer Master Data and keep the CRM updated with accurate records of project activities, customer interactions and sales.
* Deliver and report results against key performance metrics.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in strong communication, including the ability to build relationships, influence others, and translate technical information into non-technical language.
* Highly accountable and results-oriented, with a practical and problem-solving approach.
* Project management experience.
* Experience coordinating with a third party integrator.
* Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple third-party stakeholders.
* Confidently handling objections.
* Ability to work independently with strong business acumen and comfort in ambiguous situations.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
* Proficiency in Office and sales systems.
* Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems.
* Fluency in German is essential for providing assistance to partners in German-speaking regions.
Bonus skills
* A background in sales is appreciated but not mandatory; AutoStore provides training as needed.
* You are not a technician; intralogistics may be new to you -- career changers are welcome.
