Responsibilities
* Transform vague business requirements into clear, user‑centered digital solutions.
* Advise clients on process design and best‑practice solutions, ensuring alignment with SAP CX portfolio.
* Plan and facilitate design‑thinking workshops (remote and on‑site) and guide stakeholders through the creative process.
* Monitor quality of conceptual work and deliverables; ensure wireframes, prototypes, and user stories meet expectations and budget.
* Translate complex business logic into intuitive user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes, and design systems using Figma.
* Collaborate with product, project leads, and developers in agile setups to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented optimally.
Essential Skills
* +3 years of UX/UI design experience.
* Proven skills in visualizing and solving complex enterprise‑application tasks.
* Experience facilitating workshops, design sprints, and user journey mapping.
* Excellent communication in English (C1+). German (C2) required.
Beneficial Skills
* Experience with AI‑powered design tools (Figma Make, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly).
* Clear communication of design decisions to non‑design stakeholders.
* Hands‑on experience with SAP CX portfolio.
* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for collaboration with developers.
* Consulting or leadership experience in project teams.

The actual salary depends on qualifications and experience. The minimum annual salary for full‑time employment is €44,450 gross/year, per the current collective IT agreement.
