Own the flow of creative campaigns and help turning great ideas into seamless execution.
In this role, you’ll help keep the creative engine running smoothly. As a project manager with a solid understanding of communication built through your agency and advertising experience, you’ll lead larger projects and campaigns in close collaboration with account management and creative teams.
Working with designers, strategists, writers, and other creative minds from all over the world, you’ll make sure everything stays on track, on time and on budget. You’ll be the main contact point between the team and our clients, helping everyone stay aligned and informed from kick‑off to delivery.
That means onboarding stakeholders, keeping communication clear and anticipating challenges before they become problems. It’s about building trust, creating momentum and making space for great work to happen.
In this role you will…
* Drive the flow of communication projects, with a solid understanding of creative workflows.
* Own global brand projects and campaigns end-to-end by seeing the big picture and staying ahead of what’s needed next.
* Translate client goals and brand context into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams.
* Act as the central hub between clients, creatives, and external production partners.
* Bring structure and clarity: from building proposals and timelines, to monitoring budgets and quotes, and coordinating resources.
* Prep and moderate meetings, align expectations, and support in preparing presentations.
* Juggle multiple projects and campaigns in parallel, coordinating teams and balancing priorities and capacities.
We are looking for…
* 3–5+ years of experience in managing projects in communication, advertising, branding, design, marketing, or digital – you know what it takes to guide work from idea to delivery.
* Experience handling large clients, substantial budgets and large-scale advertising campaigns – from briefing and creative development to the production and rollout of a wide range of concrete assets across multiple channels.
* A strong feel for brands, storytelling, and visual quality.
* Great organizational skills and an accurate, detail-oriented working style.
* A clear communicator: you know when to keep it short, when to give context, and when to just pick up the phone. Empathetic, understanding, and adaptable.
* Someone proactive, collaborative, hands‑on, and comfortable taking ownership.
* Fluency in both English and German.
