Responsibilities
1. Preparation of monthly payrolls and interfacing with the external payroll accounting system
2. Serving as the contact person for inquiries regarding labor law or salary issues
3. Processing and reporting of prior notices and executions
4. Preparation of statistics and reports
5. Management of entry and exit processes
6. Preparation of employment contracts and amendments
7. Preparation of reference letters and other personnel-related documents
8. Management of work and residence permit applications (RWR cards)
9. Administration of maternity leaves and re-entries
Qualifications
* University degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
* Several years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the financial sector
* Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Turkish is a plus
* Proficient in MS Office
* Sound knowledge of labor law
* Independent, proactive, and reliable working style
* Team-oriented, communicative, and trustworthy with a hands-on mentality
