Hiring a Sales Manager
As our new Sales Manager in Salzburg, you'll be the trusted partner for our valuable restaurants. No two days are the same! You'll delve into your restaurants' performance, devise smart strategies to boost their success on our platform, ensure optimal visibility, and, of course, keep them incredibly satisfied.
Your job:
* We work with numerous restaurants from Salzburg to Innsbruck, and you will personally support our top partners. Your expertise and support will ensure the restaurants receive the best service and enable them to become even more successful on Lieferando.de.
* You will look after our partner restaurants and ensure that a mutually profitable and efficient business relationship is established.
* Furthermore, you are responsible for meeting their needs and know exactly how to ask the right questions.
* Internally, you are the interface to other areas, for example, you exchange information with other teams when problems arise or you can get new projects off the ground with creative and innovative ideas.
* As the dedicated Account Manager, you'll be responsible for increasing restaurant sales. You'll use your sales mindset to sell our upselling and cross-selling products.
Your profile:
* With your stress-resistant, positive attitude and your sense of humor, you are a perfect fit for the ambitious account management team.
* Professional experience in account management, sales or a comparable position
* German and English at a very good level
* With your field work you cover the area in and around Salzburg / Tyrol / Vorarlberg
* Flexibility and openness to an evolving work environment
* You are characterized by a quick grasp and strong communication skills
* You will work from home: a structured, independent way of working is a must
* You have an affinity for IT and experience in using Google tools (Google Sheet, GMail, Gdrive, etc.) and ideally knowledge of Salesforce
* Experience or affinity with the restaurant business is a plus
* You have a driving license
