Night Auditor / Night Supervisor (Reception)
At The Ritz-Carlton, we craft experiences that stay with our guests long after their visit. As a Night Auditor / Supervisor, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. You will combine exceptional guest service with precision in financial and administrative tasks, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and hospitality throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a warm and professional welcome to late-arriving guests and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience during night hours
2. Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and efficiently, maintaining the highest level of service excellence
3. Perform nightly accounting tasks, including balancing daily revenue, verifying transactions, and preparing financial reports
4. Ensure all systems are accurately updated and support the front office in administrative duties
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations and readiness for the following day
6. Maintain security and safety standards throughout the night shift
Your Qualifications:
7. Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, preferably in Front Office or Night Audit
8. Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and the ability to work independently during night shifts
9. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in financial tasks
10. Professional communication skills and well-groomed appearance
11. Resilience, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
12. Quality awareness and commitment to excellence
13. Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
14. Experience with OPERA and MS Office is advantageous

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.263,00 per month plus night allowances. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
