How You’ll Make Your Mark
* Work within the newly established Global Business Services (GBS) team to facilitate ALDI’s organisational transformation and drive significant value creation for ALDI global
* Support project management for medium to large transformation projects
* Provide relevant information and support for related business cases, analysing the financial implications for the organisation
* Monitor service delivery from vendors, ensuring compliance with established quality assurance standards and reviewing performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies related to service delivery to ensure smooth operations
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SCM processes, ensuring alignment with operational goals
* Create compelling presentations for international management discussions and offer project updates and status reports to various stakeholders
Your Profile
* Completed studies in the field of SCM/ logistics, business administration, economics or related subjects
* 3+ years of work experience in at least one field of SCM, project management or controlling preferably in the context of an international consultancy
* Experience in project and risk management and developing mitigation plans
* Proven skills in vendor management, specifically in monitoring service delivery and performance against SLAs and KPIs
* Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently with a high degree of initiative
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multinational and cross‑functional environment
* Advanced Excel skills are a must, PowerPoint, Jira & SNOW skills are of advantage
* Fluent in English, proficiency in German is a plus
* Willingness to travel internationally and embrace a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 62,500*
* willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
