We are building the global leader in Carbonation Intelligence, and we're looking for a Carbon Commercialization Manager to own the delivery of our customer projects end-to-end. You'll be the person who makes sure our customers get high-quality results on time, who keeps our growing service business running smoothly, and who takes on larger industrial projects and the grants that finance them. Because you'll be closer to our customers than anyone else in the company, you'll also become one of the most important voices shaping where we go next.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Project Delivery (your core - where you'll spend most of your time)
* Own our analytical and advisory projects end-to-end, from scoping the customer's request to delivering a result they're delighted with
* Act as the central interface between customers and our science team, coordinating what's needed and by when
* Manage timelines across internal handoffs and keep every project on track
* Take the science team's technical results and turn them into clear business interpretations (profitability assessments and business cases) using & improving our established frameworks
* Write credible, customer-facing reports and own customer communication throughout
* Help us ramp up from first revenues to a scalable, repeatable service business
Industrial Project Development (growing over time)
* Take on larger full-scale CO₂ mineralization projects as they mature, from first contact through feasibility, proposal, and contract
* Develop business cases, project structures, and commercial frameworks tailored to industrial clients
* Build lasting relationships with industrial partners, offtakers, and project developers
* Support pipeline development as our project business scales
Project Funding & Financing (you'll grow into ownership)
* Identify relevant funding programs for project and R&D financing
* Lead and coordinate grant applications for industrial projects, in close collaboration with support from our leadership team
* Manage reporting and documentation obligations toward funding bodies
Market Insight & Feedback
* Run structured customer discovery as you deliver: Understand their real problems, decision processes, and willingness to pay
* Feed validated market insight into our work on customer focus, pricing, and value proposition
* Represent sequestra at selected industry events and in key networks
Skills & Qualifications
* 2-6 years of relevant experience, we value drive and ownership over years on the clock
* A techno-economic or technical-commercial foundation (industrial engineering, environmental engineering, techno-economics, business development, or related), enough to build a business case and hold your own with industrial decision-makers
* Demonstrated experience delivering B2B projects end-to-end, reliably, on time, to a high standard
* Strong customer communication and clear writing; able to make a compelling business case to technical and non-technical audiences alike
* Enough technical curiosity to work closely with a science team (deep scientific expertise is not required - that's their job)
* Structured, proactive, and comfortable running multiple workstreams at once
* Highly driven and intrinsically motivated to advance industrial decarbonization
* Strong written and verbal English; German is an advantage
* Familiarity with European and Austrian funding landscapes (FFG, EU Horizon / EIC) is a plus
* A genuine passion for climate solutions - and ideally a healthy sense of humour
