HR Business Partner
38,5 hours position
Your Responsibilities
* Developing an employee growth plan as well as compensation and benefits plan together with the employees and management
* Managing the entire local recruiting process from job posting, candidate screening, organizing interviews to onboarding in coordination with the line managers
* Acting as a contact person for all labor law topics
* Responsible for preparing payroll together with accounting
* Advising managers and employees on all HR-related issues and serving as their trusted contact
We look for
* Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a comparable qualification
* 3-4 years of experience in operational HR management
* Strong knowledge and practical experience in Austrian labor law
* Experience with "Kollektivvertrag Metallgewerbe Angestellte" is a plus
* Native-level German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
* A trustworthy personality with high empathy, social competence, and a proactive, hands-on mentality.

Salary
The actual minimum salary is 3,800 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times per year.
Overtime
Any accrued overtime is partially compensated in the form of time off and partially paid out.
